Jorge at the stove creates our menu. Thanks to his experience with big-name chefs like Santi Santamaría, Andoni Luis Aduriz, Arzak, Martín Berasategui and Josean Alija, you’ll find a combination of traditional and avant garde dishes, all with touches of haute cuisine.

We use locally-sourced seasonal produce (ceps, game) to create our mouth-watering suggestions.
